Meanwhie Election Day was bright and sunny. We left the hotel at 6.20 am and I am writing this late afternoon while we rest before observing at more polling stations. Polling will close at 8.00 pm and then counting begins in the polling stations. It should be quicker than in Moldova but the tabulation process at the District Election Commissions (DECs) may take considerably longer as each DEC has about ten times the number of polling station than in Moldova.
